MARGISTAR 2026 Training School

“Pinching policymakers for revitalising European mountainous regions” is a COST Action MARGISTAR training school designed to teach participants how science-policy-practice interactions work in theory and practice.

Where: Oulu, Finland
When: March 17-19, 2026

Participants will play collaborative games and do co-creative group work to understand policy impact and engage in elaborating a new concept of pinching policymakers.

Interested candidates must submit their CV, motivation letter, and a short description of their scientific ambition by January 18, 2026 to the Training School coordinators. For more information on the application process, download the info sheet below.
